When switching from a conventional intake plenum and single throttle body to individual throttle bodies there are a few challenges to overcome. Because you are removing the intake manifold, you lose a plenum to use as a vacuum source for other accessories on your car like your brake booster and map sensor. This billet vacuum block allows you to connect a vacuum source from each individual throttle body and collect them into one single manifold. This allows you to pull a consistent vacuum from this manifold to your brake booster for power brakes, and also your map sensor for your ecu. This JSP block ALSO allows you to mount an IACV (idle air control valve) directly to the block for easy idle control with your stand alone ecu. All of this is neatly packaged in a compact block that tucks cleanly under your throttle bodies, mounting to existing holes in the beams original lower manifold adapter. No modification is required. All hardware to connect this block is included. It also works with both AE111 ITBs on the JSP adapter as well as the Panic Made ITBs. Here’s what you get:

1x 1/8” npt to 1/8” hose barb fitting for MAP sensor
4x 1/8” npt to 3/16” hose barb fittings to throttle bodies
1x 1/8” npt to 3/8” hose barb fitting for brake booster
2x M8 flanged hex bolts for mounting
1x o-ring to seal the idle valve
2x M6 bolts to mount the idle valve to the block
IDLE VALVE IS NOT INCLUDED

NOTE: This manifold can be used on other applications besides the Beams engine. However it is only a direct bolt on fit for the Beams. In all cases the use of this setup and ITBs requires the use of an aftermarket stand alone ecu setup. We recommend and use the Panic Made plug and play wiring harnesses and Link ECU.
