Our new Billet catch can combo for the AE86 is an exciting and unique product. It replaces the factory plastic overflow body with a cnc machined overflow bottle / oil catch can combination. This is great for those wanting to add a catch can without cluttering up the engine bay. This clean combo sits flush with the strut tower for easy hose routing on just about any engine combo.
The overflow bottle features a billet cap with o-ring for a snug seal. It also uses high quality push-to-connect fittings to create a sight glass for monitoring the bottles level, as well as safely routing the overflow tube in case of extreme overheating.
The oil catch can features two -10 orb ports on the side, one -12 orb port on top, and a 1/8npt port on the bottom for draining. The brass petcock drain fitting is included. On top, you can choose to plug the -12 for a sealed can, or use the included 1” bore breather filter for a vented setup. Inside the can includes a laser cut baffle as well as stainless steel mesh to ensure oil is properly separated from the oil/air mist and no oil escapes out the breather. Here’s a list of features:
